How to Use :

According to your physician’s advice, take 5 – 10 grams of Eranda Pak before or after food.
For children between the age of 1 – 5, make sure to use 1 – 2 grams of Eranda Pak, in warm milk for easy ingestion.
For kids aged between the age of 5 – 12, make sure to use no more than 5 grams with honey or warm milk.
