Badam pak बादाम के गुणों के बारे में आप सभी परिचित होंगे | यह अत्यंत गुणकारी एवं पौष्टिक होता है | खासकर मस्तिष्क के लिए तो बादाम बहुत फायदेमंद होता है |
आयुर्वेद में पाक प्रकरण की दवाओं का विशेष महत्व है क्योंकि यह बहुत पौष्टिक और खाने में स्वादिष्ट होती हैं | बादाम पाक बल्यवर्धक, पौष्टिक एवं वीर्यवर्धक होता है |
जानें बादाम पाक कैसे बनाते हैं एवं इसके घटक ?
यह पाक विधि से बनाया जाता है, इसके लिए निम्न घटक द्रव्यों की आवश्यकता होती है :-
बादाम – २ सेर
गाय का घी – २० तोला
चीनी – ४ सेर (चाशनी के लिए)
केशर – १ तोला
जावित्री, जायफल, सोंठ, पीपल
काली मिर्च, लौंग, तेजपता, छोटी इलायची
विदारीकन्द, कौंच के बीज, सफ़ेद मूसली, खरेंटी के बीज
सालम मिश्री, शतावर, कमलगट्टा की गिरी, वंश लोचन
रस सिन्दूर – ५ तोला
वंग भस्म, प्रवाल पिष्टी – २-२ तोला
बादाम पाक बनाने की विधि :-
- सबसे पहले बादाम को इमामदस्ता में डाल कर कूट लें |
- ध्यान रखें इसे दरदरा रहने दें |
- अब गाढ़ी लच्छेदार चाशनी बना लें |
- इस चाशनी में केशर मिला दें |
- अब इसमें बादाम मिलाकर अच्छी तरह घोंटे |
- अब बाकि सभी जड़ी बूटियां (खरल में बारीक़ चूर्ण की हुयी) एक – एक तोला लेकर मिला दें |
- इसके बाद रस सिन्दूर, वंग भस्म एवं प्रवाल पिष्टी बतायी गयी मात्रा में लेकर मिला लें |
- अब इस मिश्रण को थाली में निकाल कर जमा लें |
- इस तरह से बादाम पाक तैयार हो जाता है |
अगर ज्यादा समय तक इस्तेमाल करना हो तो चाशनी को तब तक पकाते रहें जब तक वह चूर्ण बनाने लायक न हो जाये और फिर उसको पीस कर दरदरा चूर्ण बना लें |
Badam Pak
यह पाक दिमाग एवं हृदय की कमजोरी के लिए बहुत उत्तम माना जाता है | शुक्रक्षय, नेत्र रोग एवं शिरोरोग जैसी समस्याओं में इसका उपयोग करना बहुत लाभकारी सिद्ध होता है | यह सर्दियों में सेवन करने पर बहुत गुणकारी होता है इससे शरीर हष्ट पुष्ट एवं निरोगी हो जाता है | आइये जानते हैं इसके फायदे :-
